By accessing, registering for, or using any service available on the 345betwin platform — including Sports Betting, live casino, slots, poker, and crash games — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to comply with all of their provisions.

Continued use of 345betwin after updated versions of these Terms are published constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this document, and you may request the version history through our support team.

To create an account and use 345betwin's services, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older — 345betwin is a strictly adults-only platform and access by anyone under 18 is expressly forbidden.
• Be an individual with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil in your own name.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration, including your full name, date of birth, CPF, email address, and phone number.
• Not be an employee, service provider, or first-degree relative of any 345betwin staff member or its technology suppliers.
• Not have a previously closed account due to a violation of these Terms.

Each user is entitled to one account only at 345betwin. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same CPF, email address, phone number, or device — is considered a serious violation of the Terms and will result in the suspension of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any bonus balances.

Your 345betwin account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

• Sharing your login credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• If unauthorized access or suspected account compromise occurs, the user must notify 345betwin support immediately via live chat.
• 345betwin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
• Users must keep their account details up to date — especially their email address and phone number — to ensure they receive important account communications.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no deposits, withdrawals, or bets may be deemed inactive. 345betwin will notify the account holder by email before taking any action on accounts in this situation.

345betwin accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment methods available to Brazilian users:

• Pix — instant processing, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Boleto bancário — credited within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
• Credit or debit card — Visa and Mastercard accepted. The name on the card must match the account holder's name exactly.
• PicPay — instant processing for verified accounts.
• Mercado Pago — instant processing for verified accounts.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. 345betwin does not accept third-party deposits — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from unknown or third-party sources will be returned and account access may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

Users may request a withdrawal of any available real balance in their account at any time, provided there is no active bonus with a pending rollover associated with the balance. The general withdrawal conditions at 345betwin are:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 30.00.
• Preferred method: Pix — processed within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day including weekends and holidays.
• The Pix key used for the withdrawal must be registered under the same CPF as the 345betwin account holder.

345betwin reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal while carrying out security checks. The user will be notified of the reason and the estimated resolution timeframe. In cases of confirmed fraud, the withdrawal may be permanently blocked and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

345betwin offers a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of R$ 500.00, automatically credited when the first deposit is confirmed — no activation code required. The terms and conditions that apply to all bonuses are:

• Rollover: 30x the bonus amount received. If you receive a R$ 200.00 bonus, you must place bets totaling R$ 6,000.00 before withdrawing the bonus amount.
• Deadline: 30 calendar days from the bonus credit date to meet the rollover requirement. After this period, any unused bonus is cancelled with no refund.
• For Sports Betting wagers to qualify for rollover, the odds on each selection must be minimum odds of 1.50.
• For slots, all titles available at 345betwin contribute 100% toward the rollover, with the exception of a specific list of games with an RTP above 97% — the full list is available on the bonus terms page.
• The welcome bonus is exclusively for new users and may only be used once per person, CPF, and device.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using third-party accounts, betting both sides of an event, or manipulating bonus conditions in any way — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and any associated balance, and may also lead to permanent account closure.

Sports Betting at 345betwin is subject to the following general rules, in addition to the sport-specific rules available in the platform's help section:

• Once confirmed by the user, a bet cannot be cancelled except in cases of proven technical error on the part of the platform.
• If an event is cancelled before it starts, all related bets are voided and the amounts are fully refunded to the user's balance.
• If an event is postponed and is not held within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets are voided. If it is held within that window, all bets remain valid.
• In live betting, 345betwin reserves the right to suspend markets during high-uncertainty situations (player injury, VAR review, match interruption) and to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Betting both sides of the same event across different accounts or systematically using arbitrage software to guarantee risk-free profit is strictly prohibited.

345betwin may, at its sole discretion, limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on certain markets. These limits are displayed at the time the bet is placed and cannot be disputed after confirmation.

All casino games, slots, and crash games available on 345betwin use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories such as iTech Labs and eCOGRA, ensuring fair and auditable results. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is made available in the individual title's information.

• Casino and slots betting history is available in the user's account area for up to 12 months.
• In the event of a technical failure during a slots round or a live casino hand, the round may be voided and the wagered amount refunded — or completed based on the technical data available on the servers.
• Strategies that exploit known technical vulnerabilities in specific games to gain an unfair advantage are prohibited and will result in the cancellation of any winnings obtained through such means.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 345betwin, regardless of the user's intent:

• Creating multiple accounts in order to claim the welcome bonus more than once.

• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform to conceal funds of illicit origin.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Sharing or selling accounts, balances, or bonuses to third parties.
• Threats, offensive language, or harassment directed at the support team or other users.
• Use of a VPN or proxy to access the platform from a geographically restricted location.

345betwin uses automated systems and manual review to detect prohibited behavior. When a violation is identified, the platform may act immediately — without prior notice — by suspending the account, canceling pending bets, and withholding bonus balances while the investigation is ongoing.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time via the support chat or by emailing contato@345betwin.net. The closure process includes the handling of any available real balance — bonus balances with an unmet rollover are not eligible for withdrawal at the time of closure.

345betwin reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during the verification process.
• Well-founded suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the user through the responsible gambling tools.
• Order from a competent judicial or regulatory authority.

In all circumstances, 345betwin's maximum liability is limited to the total amount deposited by the user during the month in which the damaging event occurred, except in cases of proven fraud or willful misconduct by the platform.

345betwin reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, particularly to reflect regulatory changes, new services, or improvements to the clarity of existing rules. Users will be notified of relevant changes by email and through a prominent notice on the platform's login page.

Changes take effect 15 days after publication, except in cases of urgent regulatory updates requiring immediate implementation. Continued use of 345betwin after the 15-day period is considered tacit acceptance of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and other legislation applicable to the digital entertainment and betting market.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly with 345betwin's support team will be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

For consumer-related matters, users have the right to contact their state's official PROCON channels or the federal platform Consumidor.gov.br, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available.
